It's a way to tap into our body's wisdom and get answers to questions or find imbalances. Here's how it goes: You use your muscles to give a yes or no response to different statements or stimuli. It's like our body's own lie detector! For example, someone might push down gently on your outstretched arm while you say a statement or hold a substance. If your arm stays strong, it's a "yes," and if it weakens, it's a "no." This way, we can uncover hidden sensitivities, and find what parasite treatments suit you best. It's like chatting with our body directly! If you can self test - Great! If not, I can muscle test for you.
